RAIN Do u need a walking partner, perhaps a running buddy or just someone to watch TV with? Well here I am. My name is Rain and that name is specially fitting since I LOVE water. I love water in a pool, I love water in a spray bottle, I especially love water from the water hose, I just LOVE water. I’m a petite 50 lbs approximately 4 year old (10/24/10) pit bull mix with beautiful eyes. There is nothing I crave more than human companionship, except water that is. My life started on the wrong paw, with an owner that kept me outside tied up with no food or water except what the neighbor would give me, that went on for a long 6 months. Then one day he agreed to let Pit Stop Rescue take me and show me that the unconditional love I have to offer can be given to me in return. So here I am, waiting for a home to call my very own and an owner that I can love and adore and show him or her that there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them. So please if you need a girl like me or if you feel that there is something missing in your life, look no more, here I am.

My Adoption fee is $200 and that includes my spay surgery, I have all my shots, I’m microchipped and they are even going to throw in an 8 week course with a trainer so that we can bond and I can be an ambassador for my breed. So what are you waiting for? I’m a special girl and I’m here for the taking. All you need to do is love me in return and show me that there will be only brighter tomorrows for me along your side. PS: I don’t want to toot my own horn, but my rescuers seem to think I would be a great agility dog since I have shown them how agile I can be. You see I’m just perfect. DAISY is a sweet female pit/boxer mix. She is approximately 6 years old and 45lbs and is wonderful with adults and children.

She LOVES to play ball and will do "happy dance" when you get home everyday. Daisy is a gentle dog that loves belly rubs and will often roll over just to give you the hint. 

Daisy would do best in a home without other animals. She is not good with other dogs and because of  her terrier nature, cats look like toys!

She is up-to-date on her vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and has had extensive obedience training. She would do well in agility classes as well.

She is crate trained as well as potty trained.

Wouldn't you love this sweet girl in your home. All she wants is a little play time and to lay around the house. That's not much to ask is it?

WIGGLES  Wiggles is a 4.5 year old (10/24/10) that weighs 70lbs with a beautiful shinny black coat. He is a pit mix (not sure of the mix, maybe American bulldog). Wiggles came to us from a shelter in  Southern Illinois  where he was found along side of a busy county road running in and out of a cornfield. Wiggles adores people, loves to play with other dogs, goes to day care to waste some of that puppy energy and get plenty of socialization. Wiggles is unbelievably good in his crate, never wines or barks while in the crate. Wiggles is also great on car rides where he will just sit in the back seat and stare out of the window. Wiggles loves his chew toys, is great on leash and is has graduated from basic obedience. When you meet Wiggles you will see how he received that name, he is a true wiggle butt. Wiggles adoption fee is $200, which includes distemper, Bortadella and rabies vaccines, de-worming and neuter Surgery.

CLEO 2 is a beautiful 2yr old female Bull Terrier mix looking for a loving home. Cleo is just as sweet as they come! She loves everyone she meets and happily greets strangers with a full body tail wag! Cleo gets along well with other dogs and loves to run around and play! She also doesn't mind cats or birds and is pretty flexible, laid back pup over all. She is a very smart girl and is the type of dog that would excel at obedience training or dog sports. Cleo is a young, active dog and would prefer an active home that is committed to getting her the exercise and play time that she needs. She is housebroken, crate trained, and learning basic commands.
